Investing large amounts of handwork into industrially produced materials can produce an object that lives between mass produced and one of a kind.  Using perforated steel as a canvas for embroidery, this stool contains over 40 hours of hand embellishment using cross stitch.  The steel frame powder coated, the fiber used is an abrasion resistant nylon.
