If you are not located near a showroom partner, reach out to us directly to estimate your order, we respond within 24 hours.
If you are a trade client, please see our trade portal to set up your account, download cut sheets and request an estimate.
Shipping costs are complimentary within the USA when ordering directly from us, excluding trade & showroom orders.
White glove delivery service is available and estimated upon request.
We are happy to coordinate international shipping, please contact us to discuss.
In the event of damages due to shipping, please report them within 24 hours, save the original packaging and photograph the damages, this information is required to file damage claims.
We hold our work to the highest standards of craftsmanship, and most often your furniture piece is made when your order is received.
Therefore we do not accept returns on basis other than shipping damages.
